Welcome

Healing is not one-size-fits-all.  Over the past 30 years, I've had the privilege of supporting people in public, nonprofit, and private settings - each experience deepening my understanding of how uniquely we each process pain, growth, and change.

As a psychotherapist and yoga teacher with certifications emphasizing mindfulness, meditation, and somatic awareness, I bring both clinical experience and embodied presence into our sessions.  I believe insight is not just something we think - it's something we feel, sense, and live into.

My approach is creative and integrative.  I often invite clients to explore healing through journaling, films, poetry, or other creative reflections as "homework" that extends our work beyond the therapy hour.  Many of my clients identify as empaths who are learning to set boundaries, while others seek relief from anxiety, navigate grief, or are finding clarity in relationships or new stages of life.

I also hold a special place for people who stutter and experience anxiety because of it.  As someone who stutters myself, I get it.  I understand both the emotional weight and the courage it takes to find your voice - and I offer therapy as a space where you can do just that.

I speak Spanish and move fluidly between language and culture, honoring the layers of identity that shape your story.  Whoever you are and wherever you find yourself in your healing journey, you are welcome here.
